About

Sweetwater Inn was built in 1905 by the McKibbons who farmed cantaloupe in Culleoka, TN.  Culleoka is believed to be the Cherokee word meaning "sweetwater."  In the 1980's the house became the Sweetwater Inn. Today, we grow predominantly blackberries and farm produce making jams, pickles, and sauces from what we grow or buy from other local Tennessee farms.  Our recipes and techniques have been passed down from generation to generation for hundreds of years.
